Town Council View: Objects – Referring to BU.13 in the Redenhall with Harleston Design Guidance and Code the council are objecting on the basis of the side extension is not harmonious to the original building and there is no information to say the application compliments the materials for the original building. The application is not complete on the portal items 6,7 and 8 on the application form are not present. There are also concerns about access to the site and the safety of those using Recreation Walk which would require a pre agreed construction plan in light of the restricted access.
