The children’s play equipment is split into four main areas. The toddler area has been recently refurbished with a variety of new equipment. The main play area provides activity for children of all ages with a range of different equipment to satisfy the adventurous. Alongside the play area, there’s a fantastic BMX track for all those budding Olympians and a Zip wire to conquer all fears!

Outdoor gym For the adults there’s a free to use outdoor gym, for those that prefer to exercise outside.

Dogs are welcome on the Rec, but please keep them on a lead! Dogs are required to be kept on a lead within the Recreation Ground. But there’s a fenced off area next to the tennis courts, specifically allocated for dogs to run free off their leads.
