Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2022
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 16a as Amended by The Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1994
In the Town of Redenhall with Harleston CP on 16th September 2023 to 16th September 2023 for 11 hours Temporary Restriction of Traffic Movement Norfolk County Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Harleston Food Festival 2023, have made a Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic on the on 16th September 2023 to 16th September 2023 for 11 hours in the TOWN OF Redenhall with Harleston CP.
The Order will come into effect on 16th September 2023 and will remain in force for 11 hours. The road(s) will be temporarily restricted (road/lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Order) (except for emergency and pedestrian access) on 16th September 2023 between 07:00 to 18:00 and traffic over the road(s) will be temporarily restricted (except for access). Restriction on traffic will only be enforced until normal traffic flow can be maintained.
Roads effected:
Church Street (76017) from its junction with Old Market Place (76016) to its junction with London Road (C571)
Exchange Street (76018) from its junction with Old Market Place (76016) to its junction with London Road (C571)
Where appropriate during the period of the closure temporary suspension of existing permanent Traffic Orders may
be imposed.
Alternative route will be via: Old Market Place, Mendham Lane, Spirketts Lane, Shotford Road, London Road,
