• Streetlighting – Resolution to use Salix as the preferred funding option but if the application is not accepted, to fall back on PWLB without the need of further approval, the application to be pursued expeditiously

• Mayflower 400 – update

• Neighbourhood Plan – update

• Operation London Bridge – Discussion on protocol on the death of a member of the Royal Family and what action this council will take (i.e. condolence book)

• Round Table – Update on Beer Festival planned for the weekend of Friday 12th and Saturday 13th June
