Redenhall with Harleston Town Council is aware that a number of residents have raised concerns regarding the condition of sections of pavement along The Thoroughfare following the recent CityFibre installation works.
Following correspondence received from residents, the Town Council has already contacted Norfolk County Council (NCC) and the OCU Group to request that the reinstated pavements are reviewed and any issues identified are addressed.
In addition, concerns have been raised regarding interactions with some site operatives during the course of the CityFibre works. These comments have also been passed on for consideration as part of any review undertaken.
The Town Council has requested that NCC and the OCU Group acknowledge receipt of the concerns raised, investigate the matters reported, and advise what action, if any, is proposed.
