• Monthly Income & Expenditure report
• Discussion on effects current crisis has on finances including:-
1. furlough of gym staff as recommended by LCMC and Personnel and to resolve to agree pay 20% from council funds to top up the government 80% contribution (to be reviewed on a monthly basis)
• Authorised signatories on the bank accounts
• Update on Norfolk Community Foundation in response to COVID 19 and Round Table donation towards Harleston Wellness Help Hub
• Agreement on delegated authority for Clerk and Chairman/Vice Chairman of Finance and Council, for payments that need to be made during current disruption if required
• Discussion on reimbursement of printer inks, telephone calls, paper etc. for office staff and councillors during enforced working from home and discussion on working from home allowance.

• Consideration of any requests received regarding the 2020-21 budget
