You are cordially invited to attend a meeting ofRedenhall with Harleston Town Council’s Leisure Centre Management Committeewhich will be held in the Council Office, Memorial Leisure Centre on Monday 2nd March 2020 at 6.30p to consider the business detailed below and there will be an opportunity for public participation after agenda items 5 and 14

• To be discussed during Reports but to include information on extending the tea hut, works for the installation of floodlights and mobile telephone mast

• Overnight parking on recreation grounds car park
• Breast Screening Unit on recreation grounds car park
• Non-compliance of dog owners for keeping dogs on leads
• Consideration of request from The Grapevine to donate £500 for the purchase of trees for the recreation grounds
