Redenhall with Harleston Town Council operates a small grant fund each year. Grant applications can only be accepted for community groups within the town or that benefit sections of the local community.
The 2026 application window to apply for a grant is now open!

Following the November Finance Committee meeting a total amount of £3,960 was donated to local groups and organisations and they will be receiving this in April to continue their excellent work within the community.

Branding Guidelines for Grant Recipients
To celebrate your achievement and ensure consistent recognition of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council’s support, we ask grant recipients to follow these branding guidelines:
Acknowledgment of Support
All materials related to the project funded by the grant must acknowledge Redenhall with Harleston Town Council’s support. This includes printed materials, digital content, signage, or any promotional items.
Use of Logo
You are required to display the Redenhall with Harleston Town Council logo on promotional materials and relevant documentation. The logo should be prominently placed and proportionally scaled to maintain its visibility and integrity. We will send you a file of the logo when we confirm approval of the grant.
Style Guidelines
When referring to Redenhall with Harleston Town Council, please adhere to the following:
• Always use the full name: Redenhall with Harleston Town Council.
• Use approved language that aligns with the Council’s values of community, collaboration, and inclusion. If you would like us to review this before you publish we would be very happy to do so.
Media and Public Relations
Grant recipients are encouraged to promote their initiatives through media channels. Press releases, social media posts, and other promotional content should include acknowledgment of the grant and the logo.
Reporting and Feedback
As part of the grant requirements, we require recipients to share updates about their funded projects and a report at the Annual Town Meeting held in Spring 2027. In addition, this can include photos, testimonials, or impact reports, which may be featured on Redenhall with Harleston Town Council’s website or social media platforms.
