NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C209 Low Road from its junction with C201 The Street for 760m north eastwards in the PARISH OF STARSTON because of works to facilitate County Broadband – Core Network Build for installation of fibre network.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 20th to 24th December 2021 for the duration of the works expected to be about 5 days within the period.

Alternative route is via: Clockwise – Low Road, Hallwong Lane, Dicky Hill, Station Hill, Station Road, Redenhall Road, Broad Street, Church Street, London Road, Wilderness Lane, Starston Road, The Street; and
Anti Clockwise – The Street, Starston Road, Swan Lane, The Thoroughfare, Redenhall Road, Station Road, Station Hill, Dicky Hill, Hallwong Lane, Low Road (Redenhall with Harleston/ Starston).
(If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
