You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council’s Leisure Centre Management Committee which will be held in the Council Office, Memorial Leisure Centre on Monday 3rd February 2020 at 6.30pm to consider the business detailed below and there will be an opportunity for public participation after agenda items 5 and 14

Consideration of use of areas within the building

Downstairs changing facilities update

• Discussion on the cost of a roof survey for the Leisure Centre (£480 + VAT or if clocktower survey agreed by Amenities (£480 + VAT) discounted rate of £525 + VAT for both drone surveys)

• Update on upstairs installation of air con/heating and to discuss if a Wi-fi option for the units is an option at a cost of £335 + VAT

• Discussion on a letter received from The Harleston Shed

• Consideration of advice received from police regarding vandalism
