General Information

Due to new Government Legislation, The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings)(England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (LAPCP Regulations 2020), this Town Council’s Standing Orders will be updated to allow the use of remote meetings while social distancing is in place at the next appropriate meeting.

Notice is hereby given that you are summoned by the Chairman to attend the next meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council Leisure Centre Management Committee which will be held by way of video conferencing on Monday 8th June 2020 at 6.30pm to consider the business detailed below and there will be an opportunity for public participation after Agenda Items 5 & 9

Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9.30am to 1pm and Wednesdays 1pm to 5pm

• Coronavirus – LCMC responsibilities, update on actions taken so far and discuss any potential issues arising from current situation

• Gym Staff – to agree a resolution to remove one employee from furlough and increase the hours of the currently un-furloughed member of staff to be able to start preparations towards the re-opening of the gym

• Gym Staff furlough – Discuss whether to top up July salaries with 20%

• Discussion on taking gym staff off furlough

• Update on cleaning of the Leisure Centre Building

• Body Cameras – Provision of body cameras for the maintenance team members

• Discussion on allowing dogs onto the recreation grounds

9. Significant correspondence – Request from Richard Vince to be able to use the recreation ground to be able to teach a Marshal arts club on Saturday mornings
