Due to new Government Legislation, The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings)(England and Wales) Regulations 2020 (LAPCP Regulations 2020), this Town Council’s Standing Orders will be updated to allow the use of remote meetings while social distancing is in place at the next appropriate meeting.

2020/0057: Approval with Conditions – This committee noted that the Conservation officer is satisfied with the replacement windows, and the committee are happy to follow their recommendations.

2019/2475: Approval with Conditions – This committee were not in agreement with this application, serious concerns were raised over parking capacity. The proposed alterations to the dwelling increasing the bedrooms to 7 which includes the removal of one of the existing garages will generate a requirement for more parking spaces, which will be difficult to accommodate on this site even when taking into consideration the proposal to convert the front lawn to parking, it was felt that this might have an impact on road safety and inconvenience other residents.
