Redenhall with Harleston Town Council is pleased to have received a swift reply from Norfolk County Council following our complaint regarding the current City Fibre works taking place along The Thoroughfare.
Councillor Joseph Kerrison’s letter attached confirms that an urgent meeting took place on Friday 25th September 2026, and the specific issues that the Town Council raised regarding the replacement of the pavement, and the conduct of the OCU employees was addressed.

We look forward to seeing an improvement in the management of the project while the work is ongoing a return to smooth pavements once complete. The City Fibre work is due to be completed on 15th October 2026.
