a. Building Condition Survey / Planned Preventative Maintenance Survey
To consider the recommendation of the Finance Committee and determine whether to approve expenditure of £3,294 for a Building Condition Survey / Planned Preventative Maintenance Survey of the Memorial Leisure Centre (subject to Finance Meeting held on the 12th August)
b. Recreation Ground Zip-Wire Project
To consider approval of the use of the Recreation Ground Reserve to fund the Recreation Ground Zip-Wire Project, as recommended by the Finance Committee on 22 July 2026.
c. Councillor Recruitment Budget
To consider approval of the allocation of £300 from reserves to support councillor recruitment activities, as recommended by the Finance Committee on 22 July 2026.
