You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council Amenities Committee which will be held at the Town Council Offices, on Wednesday 13th October 2021 at 6.30pm to consider the business detailed below. There will be an opportunity for public participation agenda item 6.

Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions. Attendance must be booked in advance via clerk@harleston-tc.gov.uk in order to gain admission.

a) Request to have a fruit & vegetables stall on the Market Place every Saturday between 8.00am -1.30 pm.

11) Car Parks

a) Request for better marked Disabled Parking Bays
b) Re-lining pedestrian crossing and other areas

12) Public Toilets

a) To discuss the removal of the Stainless-Steel Toilet Block by South Norfolk Council Dec/Jan 2022 and to decide on how the vacant spot is to be reinstated concrete/slabs/grass?

13) Cemetery

a) Susan Whymark – Proposal for a Cedar tree with plaque to remember all those lost during the Covid 19 Pandemic
b) Proposal to create a woodland burial area for interment of ashes
