2. To consider a new Vice Chair to the committee and agree the appointment.
3. To receive and consider accepting apologies from members unable to attend

a. Market
i. To consider and approve the following requests from Harleston Future Events Team subject to completed documentation.
a. Antiques Market on Sunday 18th June 2023.
b. Food and Drink Market on Friday 29th September 2023.
c. Christmas Market on Saturday 25th November 2023.
b. Allotments
i. To note four plots have been redistributed leaving the waiting list currently at two people and invoices for 2023 have been distributed.
c. Car Parks
i. Update from the working party and agree and necessary action.
d. General Town Council Amenities
i. To note there has been no vandalism since the last meeting in the public toilets.
ii. Clerk to provide an update on the new street furniture.
iii. Clerk to provide an update relating on the town centre defibrillator.
iv. To note the submission of the application to the Parish Partnership Funding Scheme for a second SAM2 machine and associated equipment.
e. Clocktower
i. To note that no further action has been taken due to the Town Improvement programme. Scaffolding and survey of the clocktower is scheduled for early 2023
f. Public Toilets
i. To note that South Norfolk Council are investigating method for the removal of the steel toilet block.
g. Cemetery
i. Susan Whymark Funeral Directors has purchased a golf buggy to transport mourners from the church to the cemetery. Permission is requested for the golf buggy to be housed in the shed that is due to be constructed in the spoil area. (Subject to the town council’s insurance policy)
10. Finance
a. To receive and review the following documents
i. Income & Expenditure Report (Month 7) and agree any necessary action.
ii. Budget update
iii. Ear marked reserve update
iv. Draft 2023/24 budget
b. To approve any required expenditure
