Notice of Meeting
You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council Finance Committee which will be held at the Town Council Offices, on Tuesday 13th July 2021 at 6.30pm to consider the business detailed below. There will be an opportunity for public participation after Agenda Items 5
Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions. Attendance must be booked in advance via deputy-clerk@harleston-tc.gov.uk in order to gain admission.

4. To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee – 21st June 2021 .
5. Update on matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting.
The Meeting will be adjourned for public participation for items to be discussed on the agenda only (maximum 10 minutes)

7. To consider the recommendation from Amenities to purchase a defibrillator for the Market Place using contributions of £750 from Harleston’s Future and £500 from Members Ward, requiring additional money of £250 plus the purchase of a memorial plaque.
8. To consider the recommendation from LCMC to use the Building Improvements reserve for the payment of the Extractor and Distributor fan units (£5714 net of VAT).
9. To consider recommendation from LCMC to use the Building Maintenance reserves for the payment for Security (CCTV) (£3208 net of VAT)
10. To consider recommendation from LCMC to use the Building Improvements reserve for the payment for the Leisure Centre windows (£6095 net of VAT)
11. To consider any Grant applications received.
12. To consider the Income & Expenditure report
13. To receive the payments list and approve outstanding payments.
14. To receive any significant correspondence and ratify any action required.
15. To approve the date of the next meeting – Tuesday 17 August 2021 at 6.30pm
