4. To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee – 16th March 2022
5. Update on matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting
6. The Meeting will be adjourned for public participation for items to be discussed on the agenda only (maximum 10 minutes)
7. To receive and examine the Income and Expenditure report (Month 12) and ratify action as required.
8. To agree to close Month 12 and the end of year 2021/2022 accounts.
9. To receive the payments lists and approve any outstanding payments.
10. To receive an update on new Insurance quotes for 2022
11. To receive an update on the finances relating to the Platinum Jubilee Event.
12. To receive a briefing paper on the purchase of new Town Council Gazebo’s and ratify action as required.
13. To receive quotes received for the Broad Street Car Park and ratify action as required.
14. To note that the Operations Manager is getting quotes for the Christmas Lights Electrical work for the Town Centre.
15. To note the following agreed at Town Council
a. To pay the NorfolkALC and NALC membership subscription of £776.36.
b. To subscribe and pay £113 plus VAT to the Rural Market Towns Group 2022/23
c. The appointment of Mr T Brown as 2021/2022 Harleston Town Councils internal Auditor.
16. To consider a grant application of £175.00 from the Redenhall with Harleston Parochial Church Council for maintenance.
