3. To receive and consider accepting apologies from members unable to attend.

a) To discuss the proposals put forward in the letter and other outstanding matters relating to the football club and agree next steps.
b) To consider the request for an extension to the lease for a minimum of 12 years to aid funding applications and recommend approval at Town Council.
19. To receive a request from the Leisure Centre Duty Manager to sell the following equipment in order to purchase a combined Hack Squat and Leg Press.
