d) To note the overspend of £345 (2022/23) to fix the Stair Master (a piece of equipment in the gym) due to the rise in the cost of parts approved by the previous chair of the Council and previous chair of the Leisure Centre Management Committee in line with FR4.1 via email 31/01/23.
e) To note the overspend of £200 2022/23 (203/4121 maintenance contractors) for the additional clean of the tennis courts in line with FR4.1
f) To note the urgent repair of squash court one’s floor at a cost of £475 net and to acknowledge the donation of £237.50 from the squash club.
g) To receive a report and consider the purchase of replacement and new gym equipment at a cost of £594.85 including VAT using budget code 202/4126 (gym equipment purchases) (copy herewith) and agree.
