You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council which will be held at the Social Room, Memorial Leisure Centre, on Wednesday 6th July 2022 at 7.00pm to consider the business detailed below. There will be an opportunity for public participation agenda item 5.
Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions. Attendance must be booked in advance via clerk@harleston-tc.gov.uk in order to gain admission.

1) Welcome
2) To receive apologies for absence from members unable to attend
3) To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests
4) To approve the minutes of the last Town Council meeting on Wednesday 22nd June 2022
5) The meeting will be adjourned for public participation for no longer than 10 minutes and for discussion on agenda items only
6) To discuss supporting Harleston Town Football Club going forward. To review the provisions of the proposal in principle with a view to their application for funding and to discuss the terms of those proposals.
7) To vote on the outcome of the discussion.
8) To discuss the recommendation from the Planning Compliance Manager at South Norfolk Council subject to the following assurance that based on the information HTFC has provided, including the history of the site and the proposal, the development is supported in principle by planning policy. It has been noted that at present, the new stand would replace an existing one and therefore would not introduce impacts on a new location, limiting it to small changes in a common location.
