AGENDA
1. Welcome and ratify any co-option requirements.
2. To receive apologies from members unable to attend
3. To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests
4. To approve the minutes from the last meeting – Monday 13th December 2021
5. Matters arising from previous minutes.
6. To note the following applications that have been reviewed outside of a meeting via delegate powers of the Clerk
7. The meeting will be adjourned for public participation for items on the agenda only (up to a maximum of 10 minutes)
8. Members to receive and note planning decisions made by South Norfolk and other planning authorities
9. Members to receive and note the planning decisions which remain outstanding by South Norfolk and other planning authorities
10. Members to consider the new planning applications received and ratify comments and verdict.
11. Members to debate the need for and the role of a planning consultant for the Briar Farm development (both the Residential (Saffron) and Retail (LIDL) applications with the motion to ‘Recommend to Full Council to appoint Andrea Long – Compass Point Planning (Independent consultant (policy) for the Neighbourhood Plan) as RwHTC planning consultant using the Administration Town Council Budget Code 101/4025 (legal fees) subject to agreed framework’.
12. Members to consider recommending to Full Council suitable working party council members for the development of the new Town Emergency Plan.
