12. Cllr Hardy to present to the council an update on the extension of the allotment lease.
a. To receive and agree the completion of the Renewal Lease by Reference and sign at the meeting.
13. To receive and review the S38 agreement for approval of the street lighting layout and adoption on the North of Spirketts Lane Development (Cripps)
14. To receive a recommendation from the Amenities committee to remove the proposed pedestrian zone on Saturdays at Exchange Street from the pending TRO.
15. To receive the response from Harleston Town Football Club in relation to item 17 of the Town Council meeting held on 26th June 2024 regarding improvements they wish to make to the ground and facilities and the request for a lease extension to 12 years to enable funding to be applied for to achieve their proposals.
a) To consider and agree to an extension of the current lease to a maximum of 12 years.
b) To consider and agree to the four proposals in the initial letter.
16. To receive an update from the steering group on the feasibility and design study to understand the options available to deliver a new community building on the Wilderness Lane site (copy herewith)
