You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council  which will be held at the Social Room, Memorial Leisure Centre, on Wednesday 27th July 2022 at 7.00pm to consider the business detailed below. There will be an opportunity for public participation agenda item 6.

AGENDA

1) Welcome

2) To receive apologies for absence from members unable to attend

3) To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests

4) To approve the minutes of the last Town Council meeting on Wednesday 6th July 2022.

5) Matters arising from previous minutes on 22nd June 2022 and 6th July 2022

6) The meeting will be adjourned for public participation for no longer than 10 minutes and for discussion on agenda items only

7) Co-option Candidate

a) Co-Option candidate to provide the Council with information on their background and experience and explain why they wish to become a member of the Town Council. (Maximum 5 Minutes per candidate)

b) To consider co-opting candidates who have come forward in response to the casual vacancies on the Council and, if appropriate, to appoint Councillors by co-option. If appointments are made, the new Councillors if present, should then sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office (Maximum 10 minutes)

8) Finance

a) To receive an update on monthly income and expenditure (Months 2/3)
b) To approve items of expenditure invoiced since the last meeting
c) To approve delegate authority to the Chairman and Town Clerk to appoint a web designer for the Tourist Website

9) Recommendations for Town Council approval.

a) Amendment to the Financial Regulations
b) Amendment to the Standing Orders
c) TCG Scaffolding Services to carry out the Scaffolding for the survey and the cleaning work to take place on the Clocktower at a cost of £7,720 + VAT + £154 weekly after 4 weeks using EMR for the Clocktower

10) To note the Committee Structure and agree the recommended Terms of Reference

11) To receive and approve the Terms of Reference for a Nature Recovery Working Party.

12) To receive the Internal Auditors Report for year ending 2022/23 and consider any recommendations from the Finance committee.

13) To consider a working party to compile a new licence for the Harleston Town Football Club.
