11) Recommendations for Town Council approval.
a) LCMC and Finance Committees recommend the quote from for the resurfacing of the play area Net £22,599.00 plus Vat £4,519.80 = Total £27,118.80 to be spent from EMR 341Play Area Resurfacing (£23,096).
b) Executive Committee recommend the NALC pay awards for 2021/2022 which are required to be back dated to April 2021.
c) Executive Committee recommend the NALC recommendation to pay any ex-employees that request any monies due from the 1st April 2021 to the employees last day of employment.
d) Executive Committee recommend the NALC recommendation that when salary arrears are paid to an ex-employee who were in the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) the employer must inform its local LGPS fund. The Employer will need to amend the CARE and final pay figures
