NOTICE OF THE MEETING
You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council which will be held in Social Room, Memorial Hall Leisure Centre, Harleston on Wednesday 21st July 2021 at 7.00pm to consider the business detailed below and there will be opportunity for public participation after Agenda Item 5.
Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions. Attendance must be booked in advance via deputy-clerk@harleston-tc.gov.uk to gain admission.

a) The Amenities Committee recommend that the Town Council sign the Armed Forces Covenant.

a) To consider taking part in The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons Event taking place on the 2nd June 2021
b) To agree the meeting dates for all committees 2021/22
c) To agree a Councillor representative for the already established Christmas Lights group.
d) To note the kind and generous donation of a new defibrillator, cabinet, and surround from the charity ‘Heart to Heart’ organised by the previous Clerk Mrs Lynda Ling and to consider giving delegated authority to arrange the details of the siting of the equipment.
