Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions.

1. Welcome
2. To confirm attendance and agree any co-option requirements to ensure the meeting is quorate.

10. Finance
a. To receive the detailed Income and expenditure report (month 10) in advance of the meeting.
b. To receive the Payments List and approve any required expenditure and record the allocated account code.
c. To receive quotes and agree the contract for power washing and cleaning of the tennis courts 2022.
d. To receive quotes and consider the expenditure of EMR 341 Playground Resurfacing to a maximum of £23,096 for the laying of the tiger mulch flooring in the play area and to recommend this expenditure to the Finance Committee.
e. To receive quotes and consider the expenditure for LANTRA Training from budget line 201/4010 to the maximum of £2,500 for 2022/2023 and to recommend this expenditure to the Finance Committee.
f. To agree the disposal of the following assets: –
2 x Semi Recum Life Fitness Bikes @ approx. £300 each = £600
2 x Technogym Leg Extension and Leg Curl machines @ approx. £350 each = £700
Technogym Bicep curl machine @ approx. £300 each = £600
Maximum total of £1900.00
g. To receive details of a new piece of equipment ‘Life Fitness Optima Series Dual Purpose Leg Extension / Leg Curl’ at the meeting and consider the purchase @ approx. £2300 (to use the £1900 from the sale of old equipment and using the remainder of £400 from Equipment purchases (202/4126).
h. To discuss the future purchase of a new piece of equipment including a ‘Cable machine’ for Biceps or a form of ‘Preacher curl’ (ranging from £1,000 to £3,000).
