You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council Leisure Centre Management Committee which will be held at the Town Council Offices, on Wednesday 10th November 2021 at 6.30pm to consider the business detailed below.

There will be an opportunity for public participation, Agenda Item 7.

Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions. Attendance must be booked in advance via deputy-clerk@harleston-tc.gov.uk in order to gain admission.

2. To receive apologies from members unable to attend

3. To receive any declarations of pecuniary or any other interests

4. To consider nominations for Chair and Vice Chair to commence with immediate effect for the Leisure Centre Management Committee.

5. To approve the Minutes from the last meeting – Wednesday 6th October 2021

9. General items for discussion

a. To approve and adopt the Hire forms and Umbrella policy covering the hire of facilities.
b. To approve the adoption of an updated CCTV Policy
c. Hire charges for the Recreation Ground – Deputy Clerk Update
d. To consider the cost of a new CCTV system and where the funding is available
e. To clarify the council’s position with regards to public use of the football pitch
f. Exchange 2 update

10. Finance

a. To receive the Income and expenditure report.
b. To approve the expenditure shown in the Payments List and record the accounts code to be charged.
c. To review the draft budget for the Gym, Recreation Ground and Leisure Centre Building and recommend to the finance committee
d. To review each reserve and recommend whether to retain, increase or decrease and recommend to the Finance committee
e. Consider whether any new reserve is required and recommend to the finance committee.
f. To note approval by South Norfolk Council for the use of S106 funds for the £5274 cost of fan units
g. To consider and approve the cost of new carpet in the old town council office.
