Earlier today we posted on our social media pages, giving an update on the upcoming roadworks in the town. We also reached out by email to our County Councillor, Joseph Kerrison to voice our concerns to him.
We’re pleased to report that Cllr Kerrison has commented on the Facebook post.
Cllr Kerrison commented:
“As a fellow resident of Harleston, I share your frustrations at the seemingly relentless roadworks. I would like to reassure everyone that I am in daily communication with the relevant directors and officers at Norfolk County Council to discuss alternatives, better organisation and how to mitigate the impact that these roadworks have and will have on residents and local businesses.
If you have any concerns, queries or would like your voice to be heard, please do not hesitate to
contact me via joseph.kerrison.cllr@norfolk.gov.uk
Best wishes,
Cllr Joseph Kerrison
East Depwade Division“
We’re very pleased that Cllr Kerrison acknowledges the frustrations of the town and is working with his colleagues at the County Council to try to reduce the negative impact that the roadworks are having.
We’ll share any updates with you via our website and social media pages as soon as we’re able to.
