5. Progress Report
To receive and note the progress report.
6. Draft Delivery Strategies
a. To review the draft Delivery Strategy and determine any recommendations.
b. To review the draft Financial Strategy and determine any recommendations.
7. Briarswood Community Land and Proposed Allotment Land: Future Vision and Designation
a. To consider the long-term future use, designation and strategic direction of the Briarswood Community Land and proposed allotment land following the Town Council’s decision to pursue ownership of both parcels.
8. Recreation Ground and Community Facilities Strategic Update
a. To receive updates on the Recreation Ground Masterplan, Recreational and Leisure Facilities Project, Community Building proposals, procurement arrangements and future occupation arrangements at the Recreation Ground, and to determine any recommendations.
