a. To receive and consider apologies for absence.

a. To receive any declarations of interest in items on the agenda.
3. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
a. To approve the minutes of the previous Strategy Committee meeting – 12 August 2026
b. To approve the minutes of the previous Strategy Committee meeting – 26 August 2026
4. Progress Report
a. To receive an update on matters arising from the previous minutes.
5. Open Forum
a. To allow members of the public to raise matters (in accordance with standing orders).
6. Draft Delivery Strategies
a. To review the draft Delivery Strategy and determine any recommendations.
b. To review the draft Financial Strategy and determine any recommendations.
7. Formation of a Future Accommodation and Assets Working Party
a. To consider the establishment of a Working Party to explore and evaluate future accommodation, property and asset opportunities for the Council, including refurbishment, development, purchase, rental and partnership options. The Working Party would be able to seek advice and information from relevant stakeholders and individuals with appropriate expertise and report its findings back to the Strategy Committee.
8. Harleston Corn Exchange – Potential Partnership Opportunity with Harleston Information Plus
a. To consider a proposal from the Chair of Harleston Information Plus, regarding the potential for partnership working with the Town Council to explore the acquisition and development of the Corn Exchange as a community hub and shared facility, and to determine any further action required.
9. To review the Risk Register Report and agree next steps.
