We want to start by thanking our residents for keeping us informed about the ongoing street lighting issues on Willow Walk and Pine Close. Your updates have been invaluable in helping us work closely with our lighting contractor, Cozens, to investigate the cause of the outage affecting all lights on these streets.
Following site visits and initial investigations, Cozens has confirmed the main fuse there has blown highlighting a potential problem with the underground cabling, rather than an isolated issue with one lamp.
The next step involves testing the cabling along both streets. In some cases, this may require breaking ground and obtaining the necessary permits from Norfolk County Council before work can proceed.
