TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. ORDER temporarily prohibiting the use by vehicles of the C571 The Thoroughfare, 76018 Exchange Street, 76017 Broad Street in Harleston with Redenhall
2. The Norfolk County Council, as Traffic Authority for Norfolk, is satisfied that the holding of the Harleston with Redenhall Town Council Remembrance Day Parade is required to take place along the Road and that in consequence traffic over the Road should be prohibited on Sunday 14 November 2021 for the duration of the expected to be between 10:30 hrs to 11:30 hrs
3. Nothing in Article 2 of this Order shall apply:
a) to anything done with the permission, or at the direction, of a
police constable in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer
b) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance
purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker, in an
emergency which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a
section of the Road
4. Insofar as any provisions of this Order conflict with any provisions of
any previous Order relating to the Road, the provisions of this Order
shall prevail
The Norfolk County Council HEREBY ORDERS that on 14 November for the duration of the Harleston with Redenhall Town Council Remembrance Day Parade the use of the Road by vehicles shall be PROHIBITED
