Temporary closure of C357 Clintergate Road in the town of Redenhall with Harleston – BT overhead works (STRO7778)

NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (STRO7778) affecting the C357 Clintergate Road from 525m east of its junction with C201 Hardwick Road for 200m eastwards in the TOWN OF REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON to facilitate BT overhead works.

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) effect between 09:30 and 15:30 on 16th February 2023 for the duration of the works expected to be about 6 hours within the period.

Alternative route is via: Clintergate Road, Hardwick Road, Church Hill, The Street, Starston Road, Wilderness Lane, London Road Needham Road, A143 Harleston Bypass/Bungay Road, Tunbeck Road, Low Road, The Street, Mill Road (Wortwell, Redenhall with Harleston, Needham, Alburgh, Starston).

If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order.

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.

In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
