NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C571 High Road from its junction with A143 Harleston Bypass Roundabout; 1) for 75m northwards; and 2) for 75m southwards in the PARISH OF NEEDHAM because of NCC carriageway surfacing works.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 7th to 11th March 2022 for the duration of the works expected to be about 5 days within the period.
Alternative route is via: 1) High Road, Needham Road, B1116 Shortford Road, Spirketts Lane, Mendham Lane, A143 Harleston Bypass; and 2) High Road, The Street, Scole Road, A143 Brockdish Needham Bypass (Needham, Redenhall with Harleston).
(If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
