Project Manager Update
This week – w/c 21st Nov
• Swan Lane to Bullock Fair Close works – Continuation of drainage works at Bullock Fair Close and installation of paving up to Bullock Fair Close. Due to be completed by end of the week, subject to weather conditions.
• Works at traffic island at The Thoroughfare / Redenhall Road. Removal of paving, kerbs and excavation works. Due to be complete by the end of the week, subject to weather conditions.
Next week – w/c 28th Nov
• Installation of tactile paving at crossing points along The Thoroughfare.
• Installation of blue brick delineations by Tudor Bake House.
Carriageway Resurfacing Works – w/c 5th Dec
• Sunday 4th – Plane of existing surface & preparation works for carriageway resurfacing works area.
• Monday 5th / Tuesday 6th – Adjustment & replacement works to existing ironwork prior to surfacing works.
• Wednesday 7th December – Carriageway surfacing works.
• Thursday 8th / 9th Friday – Lining works for all road markings in resurfacing works area.
• The works above are all subject to the weather conditions at the time.
