In the Borough/Town/Parish of Redenhall with Harleston CP on 25th November 2023 to 25th November 2023 for 10 hours Temporary Restriction of Traffic Movement
Norfolk County Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Christmas event/market, have made a Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic on the on 25th November 2023 to 25th November 2023 for 10 hours in the BOROUGH/TOWN/PARISH OF Redenhall with Harleston CP.
The Order will come into effect on 25th November 2023 and will remain in force for 10 hours. The road(s) will be temporarily restricted (road/lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Order) (except for emergency and pedestrian access) on 25th November 2023 between 10:00 to 20:00 and traffic over the road(s) will be temporarily restricted (except for access). Restriction on traffic will only be enforced until normal traffic flow can be maintained. Where appropriate during the period of the closure temporary suspension of existing permanent Traffic Orders may be imposed.
Roads closed:
The Thoroughfare (C571) from its junction with London Road (C571) to its junction with Swan Lane (C877).
London Road (C571) from its junction with London Road The Thoroughfare (C571) to its junction with Magpie Court (7P161).
Church Street (76017) for its entirety.
Exchange Street (76018) for its entirety.
Alternative route will be via:
Southbound Alternative route will be via: Mendham Lane (76016), Spirketts Lane (C565) and Shotford Road (B1116)
Nouthbound Alternative route will be via: Wilderness Lane (C205) and Swan Lane (C877)
The promoter of the event is Harleston Town Council
