a. To receive the Income & Expenditure Report (Month 6) and agree any actions necessary

a. To receive a Servicing Contract from DRS for the Leisure Centre front door (due to the installation company no longer trading) and agree the length of the agreement and the number of services per year.
b. To receive a briefing paper providing quotes for the purchase of tables and chairs for the social and meeting rooms using EMR329 Furniture Public Rooms
c. To consider giving delegated authority to the Deputy Clerk to negotiate room hire charges for Slimming World and agree the parameters of this authority.
10. Gym
a. To consider and agree the new year promotion for the gym (six-month contract with 1 month free)
b. To consider and agree the gym staff incentive programme to commence 16th December 2022
c. To consider and agree proposed Christmas opening hours for the gym
d. To note the membership figures for month 6
11. Recreation Ground
a. To receive a briefing paper providing quotes for the resurfacing of the car park and agreeing a contractor for recommendation to Town Council (EMR330 Car Park Maintenance)
b. To receive a revised quote from Sonata for additional CCTV cameras and consider recommending the expenditure for approval by the Finance Committee using EMR 342 Building Works.
c. To receive a quote for (a) cleaning and (b) relining the FISA and to consider agreeing this unbudgeted expenditure.
d. To note that ASHS has a firework display taking place on Friday 4th November 2022, they will be using the LC car park as an overflow if needed and displaying a banner at Wilderness Lane promoting the event.
e. To receive a request from Harleston’s Future for the use of the Recreation Grounds for the Harleston & Waveney Festival on August Bank Holiday 2023 and consider agreeing the request in principle subject to finalisation
12. Football
a. To receive an update from the working party on the Harleston Town Football Club and Redenhall with Harleston Town Council draft agreement.
b. To receive the request from Harleston Town FC to refurbish the football away changing rooms and put suitable flooring in the first team changing rooms and consider agreeing the proposal.
c. To receive the request for the hire charge payments to be received monthly by standing order from Harleston Town FC compared to annually and to consider agreeing the proposal.
13. Squash and Tennis
a. To receive a report from the Deputy Clerk on a new pricing structure for the Squash and Tennis courts and consider agreeing the proposed changes.
