3. To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests
4. To approve the minutes from the last meeting – 17th August 2022
5. Matters arising from previous minutes.
6. The Meeting will be adjourned for public participation for items to be discussed on the agenda only (maximum 10 minutes)
7. To receive and examine the Income and Expenditure report (Month 5 & 6) and ratify action as required.
8. To receive and examine the Nominal Ledger (Month 5 & Month 6) and ratify action as required.
9. To receive the payments lists and approve any outstanding payments.
10. To discuss the Expenditure of CIL Money
11. To receive a briefing paper and consider the purchase of a defibrillator and cabinet at a cost of £1,540.00.
12. To receive recommendations for expenditure from the Leisure Centre Management Committee and consider approving.
13. To receive recommendations for expenditure from the Christmas Lights Committee and consider approving.
14. To agree the members of 2023/2024 Budget and Precept working party.
15. To note the recommendation for expenditure from the Executive committee of the EMR Market Place for the 6-month post for the Communications, Marketing and Events Officer.
