1) Welcome

2) To receive and consider accepting apologies from members unable to attend.

3) To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests

4) To approve the minutes of the last Town Council meeting on Wednesday 22nd February 2023

d) To note the successful bid for Parish Partnership funding for an additional SAM2 machine and additional monitoring positions.

b) To approve the working party for the Kings Coronation on the 7th May 2023.
c) To agree the budget from EMR 350 for the Kings Coronation on the Recreation Ground.
