4. To approve the minutes from the last meeting – 15th March 2023

a. Income and Expenditure report (month 12)
b. Payments lists and approve any outstanding payments.
c. To note the payments list published for transparency.
8. To note the expenditure of the Chairs allowance of £100
9. To note the following agreed at Town Council (12 April 2023)
a. To pay the Norfolk ALC and NALC membership subscription was £776.36 (2022/23), this year’s subscription is 20% rise (2023/24) = £931.63
b. The appointment of Mr T Brown as 2022/23 Harleston Town Councils internal Auditor.
10. To consider the recommendation by the Leisure Centre Management Committee that the rationale for each reserve is published together with the reserve statement and agree next steps.
11. To receive and note financial reports.
a. Celebration of Harleston event 11th March.
b. Community Fund – EMR
12. Clerk to provide an update on Market income.
13. To note payments made to staff for unused holiday (for reasons explained by the Clerk).
14. To note the current banking mandate and the Councils position relating to the Financial Regulations.
15. To agree to develop an agreed process to cover the transition whilst Councillors with finance access change.
16. To note the date and time of the next meeting to be decided at the first meeting of the newly elected Town Council in May.
