(Urgent Notice) Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023
Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 – Section 14(2)

In accordance with the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Norfolk County Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing to UK Power Network electricity supply works the use by vehicles of the:
1) U76017 Church Street from 15m southwest of its junction with the U76016 Old Market Place for 20m south-westwards will be temporarily prohibited;
2) U76017 Church Street from its junction with the C561 London Road for 20m eastwards will be subject to a temporary suspension of the one-way system (southbound) to allow vehicles to travel in both a northerly and southerly direction; and
3) U76016 Mendham Lane/Old Market Place from its junction with the U76017 Broad Street to its junction with the U71023 Lime Close will temporarily subject to the temporary imposition of a one-way system (northbound) to allow vehicles to travel in only in a southerly direction
in the TOWN OF REDENHALL WITH HARLESON will be temporarily restricted from 25th to 27th October 2023 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 3 days within the period. If necessary, the restriction could run for a maximum period of 5 days.
Alternative route is via: Old Market Place, Mendham Lane, Spirketts Lane, Shotford Road, London Road.
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
