4. To receive and approve the minutes of the Town Council meeting on Wednesday 29th May 2024 (copy herewith)

6. To consider a resolution under Standing Orders 3e to suspend the meeting to receive reports from County and District Councillors, and to hear comments from members of the public on items to be discussed on the agenda (the period of designated time for public participation is 20 minutes unless directed by the Chairman of the meeting and individual members of the public are entitled to speak for a maximum of 5 minutes each).

11. To receive recommendation from the Finance Committee to agree and adopt the bank mandate (signatories) for all council bank accounts 2024/25
12. To agree the councillors (not members of the Finance Committee) that will conduct the four quarterly financial scrutiny checks with the Finance Officer.
13. To receive and examine the Insurance Policy Renewal Documents – Period of Insurance from 23rd June 2024 to 22nd June 2025, Renewal Premium £8,818.70 Schedule Number 131369544 – Long term agreement active until 23rd June 2025 and subject to F5.4 agree to make the payment of £8,818.70 (copy herewith)
14. To agree to the payment for TC Garrett for scaffolding works carried out at Harleston Clock Tower: £8,492.00 plus £1,698.40 VAT, totalling £10,190.40. This will utilize EMR336, following the recommendation from the finance committee (copy attached).
15. To agree to continue with the details set out in the Armed Forces Covenant Pledge dated 1st November 2021 (copy herewith)
16. To agree to appoint a Town Council Armed Forces Champion.
17. To receive a proposal from Harleston Town Football Club regarding improvements they wish to make to the ground and facilities and the request for a lease extension to 12 years to enable funding to be applied for to achieve their proposals.
a) To consider and agree to an extension of the current lease to a maximum of 12 years.
b) To consider and agree to the four proposals in the initial letter.
18. To receive an update from the steering group on the feasibility and design study to understand the options available to deliver a new community building on the Wilderness Lane site (copy herewith)
