3. To receive and consider accepting apologies from members unable to attend.
4. To receive and note any declarations of members’ pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary/other interests pertaining to items on the following agenda, to note any dispensations granted in respect of business to be discussed and to consider any requests for dispensations.

15. To review and discuss the pending Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) concerning parking changes and the proposed pedestrian zone on Saturdays at Exchange Street. To consider what recommendation to make to Norfolk County Council Highways Department and agree on a recommendation for approval at the July Town Council Meeting.
16. To receive an update on the Planter Sponsorship Initiative.
17. To receive an update on the ongoing maintenance and survey work on the clock tower.

a) To receive an update on events taking place on the Market Place and consider and agree any actions as necessary.
19. To review and discuss the parking enforcement information received from the District Council, and to determine whether the provided information is sufficient for our needs.
20. To discuss the purchase of an additional bench to be located on Union Street and agree next steps.
