1. To receive and consider accepting apologies from members unable to attend.
2. To receive any declarations of members’ pecuniary and/or non-pecuniary/other interests pertaining to items on the following agenda, and any dispensations granted in respect of business to be discussed.
3. To receive the minutes of the previous Town Council meeting. (Refer to the draft minutes available on the website).
4. To consider a resolution under Standing Orders 3e to suspend the meeting to hear comments from members of the public on items to be discussed on the agenda.
5. To receive a statement from Cllr Mba – the tree incident investigation team.
6. To receive a report regarding the proposed community nature recovery project.
7. To receive an update on the Market arrangements.
8. To receive a proposed agreement between Wortwell Parish Council and Redenhall with Harleston Town Council with regard to cemetery financial arrangements.

10. To decide who will represent the Town Council for the Armed Forces Covenant and the Footpath and Trees
11. To receive the proposed lighting layout for the Cripps Development North of Spirketts Lane
12. To consider the adoption of street lighting for the Orbit Development South of Spirketts Lane. and agree the use of terms previously set out in other developments
13. To receive the income and expenditure reports and formulate and agree any questions for the Finance Committee
14. To receive the contents of the payment lists and formulate any questions for the RFO
15. To receive a planning and lease update report regarding The Harleston Shed
16. To receive a report regarding the directional signage into and around the Town as per item 13 29th January 2025 signage report submitted to Norfolk County Council Highways for review.
17. To receive documents from East Pye Solar relating to phase 2 statutory consultation requesting written feedback and decide next steps
18. To acknowledge receipt of correspondence from MP Adrian Ramsay and determine response.
19. To receive and note the progress report on decisions made at the last meeting, as presented
20. Member Forum: To discuss relevant information or issues raised by members for brief discussion, potential action, or consideration for inclusion on a future agenda.
21. To receive the date and details of the next meeting for Wednesday 23rd July 2025 at 7.00pm in the Social Room at the Memorial Leisure Centre.
