To review the Council’s financial position at year end, including:

10. Youth Forum Funding – Request from Cllr Shelagh West
To consider monies currently reserved within the budget for the operation of a Youth Forum be allocated to Exchange 2, subject to a service agreement, under which Exchange 2 would:
• Undertake to run quarterly Youth Forums
• Report back to the Town Council on the views and issues raised by young people
• Use the funding to support the operation of the drop in centre for young residents of Harleston
Exchange 2 have indicated that they would be willing to acknowledge the Council’s support at the Annual Town Meeting and through appropriate public relations activity.
To make a recommendation to Full Council.
11. Budget Planning – 2026/27
• Draft budget for the forthcoming financial year
• Financial forecasts and assumptions
• Reserves strategy and earmarked reserves
12. Financial Regulations – Review
To review the Financial Regulations and make recommendations to Full Council as required by the annual review cycle.
13. Recommendations to Full Council
To agree any recommendations arising from the meeting.
