You are cordially invited to attend a meeting of Redenhall with Harleston Town Council which will be held in King Georges Hall, Old Market Place, Harleston IP20 9BE on Wednesday 30th June 2021 at 7.00pm to consider the business detailed below and there will be opportunity for public participation after Agenda Item 5.
Members of the public are welcome to attend but spaces are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions. Attendance must be booked in advance via deputy-clerk@harleston-tc.gov.uk to gain admission.

13. Recommendations for Town Council Approval
- Purchase of benches for Recreation Ground at a cost of £1,280 Exc VAT using CIL money.
- Expenditure for the Leisure Centre
- New changing room flooring at £1,860 excluding VAT using Section 106 money.
- Maintenance upgrade costs including refurbishment of the Top 2 Toe Salon at £2,500 excluding VAT
- Expenditure for replacement front doors at a cost of £5,572.38 excluding VAT using Section 106 money.
- The annual premium of £9,155.83 excluding VAT for the final year of a 3 year long term agreement with Zurich Insurance is paid.
- Planning working party to provide recommendation on application 2021/1185 and 1186 (listed building consent) for the Town Council to consider and ratify comments and verdict to the application.
Proposal: Demolition of the existing detached cottage/storage building and replacement with a new garage, garden room, home gym, guest bedroom, and extended patio area to match the existing with balcony. Side extension of the existing detached outbuilding to provide a secure garden equipment storage building and new permeable surfaced tennis court. 14. To agree receipt of £750 from Harleston’s Future and £500 awarded from Members Ward budget (Cllr Jeremy Savage)
- To receive a report on the purchase of a new defibrillator and casing and consider the outstanding expense of £250 to the Town Council and subject to approval, agree a cost centre budget code.
