3. To note the resignation of Cllr C Malinowski and to approve the current Vice Chair as Chair and elect a new Vice Chair
4. To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests
5. To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee – 17th November 2021
6. Update on matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting

a. To remove Cllr Malinowski and consider who will be a new authorised bank signatory to the banking mandate
b. Amenities recommendation that the cost of re-lining the car park is to be met from the current year’s budget using cost code 123-4113 (Car Park maintenance).
