2. To receive apologies from members unable to attend
3. To receive declarations of pecuniary or any other interests
4. To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee – 18th January 2022
5. Update on matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting
6. The Meeting will be adjourned for public participation for items to be discussed on the agenda only (maximum 10 minutes)
7. To receive and examine the Income and Expenditure report (Month 10) and ratify action as required.
8. To agree to transfer all outstanding money from the Xmas Lights account back into General Fund and release this bank account for Car Park lease Money.
9. To agree the movement of EMR’s in line with the 2022/23 EMR budget to ensure they are in place for the 31st of March 2022.
10. To consider the publication of the budget 2022/23

a. agreed Grant payment of £500 to Park Radio (April 2022) now a venue has been found.
b. agreed expenditure by the LCMC for LANTRA Training from budget line 201/4010 to the maximum of £2,500 for 2022/2023.
