4. To approve the minutes of the Finance Committee – 16th February 2022
5. Update on matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting
6. The Meeting will be adjourned for public participation for items to be discussed on the agenda only (maximum 10 minutes)
7. To receive and examine the Income and Expenditure report (Month 11) and ratify action as required.
8. To receive and approve the following payments;
a. Norfolk ALC Membership subscription information – 2022/23 @ £776.36.
9. To receive the recommended quote from Leisure Centre Management committee for the resurfacing of the play area Net £22,599.00 plus Vat £4,519.80 = Total £27,118.80 to be spent from EMR 341Play Area Resurfacing (£23,096).
10. To agree the date of the next meeting – Wednesday 20th April 2022 at 6.30pm
